Luxe for Less at Joel Robuchon Restaurant
A canny way of eating at Michelin starred restaurants in London and Paris has long been to opt for the set lunch. Now you can do the same in Singapore with Joel Robuchon Restaurant being awarded three Michelin stars.
There are three set lunches available on a Saturday only, starting in price at SG$148 (the dinner menus start at SG$248) and rising to SG$168 and SG$188.

The least expensive offers an amuse bouche, choice of starter which may include wild salmon tartare, a choice of main such as braised lamb shoulder or caramelised black cod (designed especially for the Singapore outpost), cheese or dessert followed by petit fours.
The middle priced set lunch menu includes a soup and the most expensive a choice of seafood and a choice of meat course on top.
