Brit Restaurants go Two by Two in Hong Kong
First Jamie Oliver, then Gordon Ramsay now Tom Aikens. The British chef is joining his compatriots in having a second restaurant presence in Hong Kong following his collaboration with The Pawn.
The Fat Pig, focusing on nose to tail pork dishes, will open in Times Square, Causeway Bay, in mid November.
Gordon Ramsay’s second Hong Kong restaurant, London House, is now open in TST as is a second Jamie’s Italian.
