Felix Alumni Weekend at The Pen HK
From today until Sunday the Felix restaurant at The Peninsula Hong Kong is hosting alumni events with its inaugural chef David Abella and current incumbent Yoshihan Kaji.
Both Abella, who helped launch the iconic, Philippe Starck designed, restaurant 21 years ago, and Kaji will present dinners, a charity cooking class and lunch and a champagne Sunday brunch.
Expect dishes such as Salmon Tartar and Roe with lemon Sabayon and Mussel and Avocado Crostini (above) by Kaji and Braised Duck, White Beans and Poached Lobster by Abella.
The pair will be joined by The Pen’s new chief sommelier Darius Allyn who’ll be offering suburb wine pairings.
Not to be missed.
